Shipping & Return Policy

All Shell Yeah! products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Production Time
Since every order is printed on demand, there are two stages before your item arrives: production and shipping. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type. Shipping time is added on top of that.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times (United States)
The following are estimates from the date your order ships, after production is complete:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after production
- Priority Shipping: 3–4 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after production
Total order time = Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the order date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, quantity, and delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We do not markup shipping costs — rates are passed through directly from our fulfillment partner.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. International orders are subject to the following:
- Production time is the same (2–7 business days), but international shipping transit times typically add 10–20 business days depending on the destination country.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Shell Yeah! has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at hello@shellyeahlife.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. Shell Yeah! is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs holdups outside of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order Items
Because all Shell Yeah! products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
When We Will Make It Right
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was misprinted (wrong design, faded print, misaligned graphic)
- You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color from what you ordered)
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email us at hello@shellyeahlife.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue (damaged area, misprint, or wrong item).
- We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution — either a replacement order or a full refund to your original payment method.
You do not need to ship the item back. We will not ask you to return a damaged or misprinted product.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once issued on our end, please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.

To help you order with confidence, all product pages include a sizing chart. If you have questions about fit, materials, or product details before placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@shellyeahlife.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters production. To request a cancellation, email hello@shellyeahlife.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
