Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Items

Because all Shell Yeah! products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item was misprinted (wrong design, faded print, misaligned graphic)
  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color from what you ordered)

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at hello@shellyeahlife.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue (damaged area, misprint, or wrong item).
  3. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution — either a replacement order or a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to ship the item back. We will not ask you to return a damaged or misprinted product.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once issued on our end, please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.

Sizing & Product Questions

To help you order with confidence, all product pages include a sizing chart. If you have questions about fit, materials, or product details before placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@shellyeahlife.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters production. To request a cancellation, email hello@shellyeahlife.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
